Once an order has been placed, you have a brief 30-minute window in which to cancel it before it processed and shipped out. Please note that if you attempt to cancel your order outside of our operational hours, regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate your request. Once the order has been processed and accepted by the warehouse, cancellations cannot be facilitated.
